i don't like these... maybe it's because i am an only child, but i DON"T LIKE OTHER PEOPLE I DON'T KNOW TOUCHING MY STUFF!!! i can understand that they are a democratic way to share information but that is just all well and good in theory. there is always a bad apple that vandalizes, prints false info etc...etc... even one of the examples in the 2.0 challenge had a disclaimer and apology at the top saying it had to restrict users due to prior acts of vandalism! heck my collegue and i don't even like saying the word...

Your post made me laugh out loud :) I have used wikis in work settings and they have worked well, but I share some of the same issues with you (not an only child, but like to pretend I am). I have the same problems with wikipedia, it's ok for some general info, but I'd never want to count on it's veracity. Thanks for your post
